banana cake

from Kristi Urry’s Kitchen
2 ¼ cup flour
1 ¼ cup sugar
2 ½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp baking soda
½ cup butter
2 eggs
1 ½ tsp vanilla
1 ½ cup bananas

Mix dry ingredients with butter. Add eggs and mix well. Then add vanilla and bananas. 375 degrees for 30 minutes.

Cream Cheese Icing
3 ½ cup powdered sugar
½ cup margarine
1 8 oz cream cheese
2 tsp vanilla
