company meat balls

2 lbs ground beef
1 cup bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 cup milk
½ cup finely chopped parsley
¼ cup grated onion
2 ½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
2 tsp dry mustard

Mix all together and let stand 15 minutes. Make into 16 meat balls and brown in hot fat. Remove to baking dish and arrange 16 pineapple halves (#2 can) as cart wheels. Pour sauce over and bake one hour.

Sauce
½ cup catsup
2 beef bouillon cubes dissolved in
1 cup hot water
2 TBS Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp grated onion
1 tsp dry mustard
1 TBS minced parsley
