danish meat balls

from Mark Nelson
1 lb lean ground beef
½ lb ground pork or veal
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 slightly beaten egg
1 TBS grated onion
¼ cup half & half
½ cup soft bread crumbs
1/8 tsp ground allspice

Form meat balls
Bake 375 degrees 20-30 minutes.

Dill Sauce
¼ cup butter
¼ cup flour (or 1/8 cup cornstarch)
2 cups chicken broth
¼ tsp salt
2 tsp dried dill weed
1 cup sour cream

Melt butter, stir in flour, stir in broth, salt and dill. Med heat until thickened. Then stir in sour cream.
