sour cream devils food cake

½ cube butter
2 cups brown sugar
¾ cup sour cream
2 ½ cups cake flour
1 eggs
2 square chocolate
½ cup boiling water
1 tsp soda
1 tsp vanilla

Cream butter and brown sugar. Measure and sift flour. Add eggs to sugar mixture, Add cream & flour alternately. Dissolve chocolate in boiling water, add soda. Fold into mixture. Bake 25 minutes in 350 degree oven.
