
4 eggs, separated
2 cups buttermilk
2 TBS melted butter
½ tsp salt
1 or 2 tsp sugar
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
Beat egg whites to peaks. Then beat yolks. Sift dry ingredients except baking soda. Add baking soda to ¾ cup buttermilk and fold all ingredients together. Add buttermilk and fold in egg whites
