granola

4 cups quick oats
1 cup hulled sunflower seeds
1 cup wheat germ
1 cup chopped nuts or unsalted peanuts
1 cup coconut
½ cup sesame seeds (optional)
1 cup soy bean nuts, unfloured
½ cup honey
½ cup safflower oil
Heat honey and oil slightly, pour over mixture, stir well. Bake on cookie sheet 15 minutes at 325 degrees. When cool store in bottles in refrigerator.
