ham and cheese casserole

(Make 24 hours ahead)
1 cup chopped ham
12 eggs
3 TBS butter
¼ cup green onions
1 3oz can sliced mushrooms
1/8 tsp paprika
2 ¼ cup buttered bread crumbs
1 recipe cheese sauce

Cook ham, onion in butter. Scramble eggs over ham mixture. (Scramble till softly set, not firm.) Add mushrooms. Fold in cheese sauce. Place in oblong pan. Spread buttered bread crumbs on top, sprinkle with paprika. Chill overnight. Cook uncovered 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
