sausage, zucchini casserole

2 cups grated cheese
1 lb sausage
1 ½ cup minute rice
1 quart tomatoes
1 medium onion, sliced
2 medium zucchini
1 cup hot water
1 tsp garlic salt
Pepper
1 tsp prepared mustard

Saute sausage, reserve 2 TBS fat. Add onions zucchini, rice. Stir and brown. Add remaining ingredients. Cook until vegetables are tender. Cover with cheese, turn off heat, serve immediately.
