ham and green bean casserole

1-2 cans green beans
4 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1 ½ -2 cups chopped ham
1 cup grated mild cheese
4 TBS tapioca
1 can cream of mushroom soup
½ cup milk
2 TBS chopped green onion
1 TBS chopped parsley
2 TBS chopped green pepper
1 TBS lemon juice
Sprinkle on top:
½ cup bread crumbs mixed in 2 TBS melted butter

In greased 9x13 pan layer ingredients in order starting with green beans or any green vegetable (asparagus is especially delicious.) Sprinkle tapioca over cheese – mix soup with milk, green onion, parsley, green pepper and lemon juice. Pour over all and sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

If 2 cans beans are used it will do a 11x13 dripper pan.
