1 small head of cabbage (cut in slices)
2 cups celery, include some leaves
1 large onion
2 small zucchini
1 large can tomatoes (with the juices)
1 clove garlic or 1/8 tsp powdered garlic
1 can beans with juice
9 bouillon cubes
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 small turnip
Salt and fresh ground pepper
Throw all ingredients in kettle (cover with water) an bring to boil – reduce heat and let simmer for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit on stove all day. Reheat and serve.
Serves: lots with lots leftover
