5 or 6 potatoes, shred potatoes in a rectangle pan
1/3 cup onion, cook in ½ cup butter
1 ½ cups grated cheese
½ pint sour cream
1 can mushroom soup
Mix thoroughly – Put crushed corn flake over top.
