red cherry pie

(really good)
4 cups pitted canned cherries
1 1/2 to 2 cups sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/8 teaspoon salt

Drain juice from cherries.  Combine cherries, sugar, flour, salt.  Put in pastry and dot with butter.  Bake 450 degree oven 10 min - then reduce to 350 for 30 min.
