12 pieces of fillet sole
1 pt fresh oysters
1 lb shrimp
2 1/2 c. cream sauce
1 c cracker crumbs
Parmesan cheese

Fold the sole and arrange in long baking dish.  Salt & pepper it inside and put a few drops of lemon juice.  In the spaces that are left, place the oysters.  Sprinkle the shrimp over sole & oysters.  Cover evenly with the sauce.  Moisten cracker crumbs in melted butter and cover over sauce.  Sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese.  Bake in mod. oven 30 minutes. 

Make Cream Sauce as follows:
2 1/2 Tbs butter
3 Tbs flour
1 cup milk
1 cup cream
salt
pepper

Melt butter in sauce pan.  Add flour - smooth.  Add milk & cream.  Stir constantly so it will be smooth.  Add salt & pepper.
