fresh apple cake

3 cups cubed apples (not too fine)
1 cup chopped nuts
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla

Mix all ingredients well. Put in glass baking dish (10x13). Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Great plain or with cream cheese frosting.
