coconut cream pie

2 TBS butter, melted in top of double boiler
Blend in:
1 cup sugar
3 TBS corn starch
½ tsp salt
Stir in:
1 ½ cup sego milk
½ cup water
Add mixture to:
2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
Cook 2 minutes.
Add:
2 tsp vanilla
Cool
Fold in:
¾ cup coconut
Meringue:
2 egg whites beaten stiff with ¼ cup sugar.
